We collect the details you type into the enquiry form and investment application form. Specifically:

• Your name
• Your mobile number and email address
• Your town or city, if you choose to give it
• The goal you selected and the indicative monthly amount, if you chose one
• Anything you write in the free-text message box
• For an investment application: PAN, bank details, Aadhaar card front and back images, PAN card image, applicant photograph and signature image
• The time of submission, and the IP address of the request (used only to limit spam)

The enquiry form does not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, card details, passwords or OTPs. Never send passwords or OTPs through any form or email.

The investment application form separately requests the identity documents needed for processing. Those images are sent by email with the application and are not stored in a database on this website.

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about the enquiry you submitted and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you asked for.

The basis is the consent you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will stop contacting you.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party email delivery provider, and this website is served by a third-party hosting provider. These processors handle the data only to provide their service to us.

If we later engage a customer-management system or analytics provider, this policy will be updated to name it before that processing begins.

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us, and are then deleted.

Where you become a client, records are kept for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for the period that applicable financial-sector record-keeping rules require.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a summary of it
• Correct or complete anything that is inaccurate or out of date
• Erase data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for
• Withdraw your consent to further contact
